Without IHC this is easier! The cribriform gland looks invasive but surprisingly has basal cells. In such cases I will do anything I can to interpret the invasive component as GP4 even if strictly speaking only borderline.

Pathologist 13 GS 3+4=7 (ISUP 2) Borderline higher

I would repeat the IHC and (if basal cell are positive) make a comment on IDC-P

Pathologist 14 GS 3+4=7 (ISUP 2) Borderline higher

more 3 than 4, one huge cribriform

Pathologist 18 GS 3+4=7 (ISUP 2) Typical
