Tumor well circumscribed, yellow color with gray strands on gross section. Tumor composed of clear cell elements resembling cells of typical clear cell RCC. Fibroleiomyomatous stroma was prominent. No sarcomatoid changes were present.<br \/>\nTumor is positive for CK 7, vimentin.
