I believe this is an eosinophilic chromophobe but I could find similar fields in other tumors - a low power photomicrograph would make this diagnostic.

I can t see raisinoid nuclei, for me important feature. IHC can help (CD117, CK 7).....I ve also considered hybrid oncocytic/chgromophobe tumor (HOCT)....all these tumors (HOCT in BHD, sporadic or within oncocytosis) are listed among CHRCC (ISUP and WHO 2016)
